Hey Marc, I’ve used Genbook before, recommended it and even wrote a pretty extensive post on it. Great service! I wish more of the businesses in our area would do online bookings. So many times I’d like to book an appointment with my hair dresser or something like that only I can’t because it’s 11pm at night. By the time the morning rolls around, kids to pack off to school etc I would have forgotten it for yet another day 🙁

Marc, I would add the importance of having a Google+ page now aside from a Facebook page. Big G is trying to get a piece of the social media pie that Facebook is currently dominating so I would certainly encourage establishing a presence on Google+.
