  1. I can completely relate to number 3. If I see a message from ‘do not reply’ in my in-box I want to cry, especially if I actually need to reply! I really like this though, infographics are a great way to present information.

  2. The idea about not rushing service is so true. I find that if I take a little longer (while keeping clients in the loop) and make sure every single aspect of the promise I have made is fulfilled the best I can, it always works out better. People like waiting for good stuff, and don’t mind if things take a little extra time.

If you offer a service, it makes sense to put time and effort in, and if your clients know you are going the extra mile, it will make for a better outcome all round.

    1. Absolutely. Customers know that some problems can’t be resolved that easily. The important thing which you nailed is keeping people informed. Be fast to acknowledge their problem or question. Then, take time to understand their problem.

  3. Good way on how to improve the customer services now.. many of them stick to the “fast” service but not good enough.
