What product, service or information do you have that you could sell for $10.00? How about $10.00 each month? (bite-sized chunks of value.) Find 500, 1000, 10,000 or so people who want that product/service/info, and you’re in business. Literally.
That’s just what Jordan McAuley did. Jordan started Contact Any Celebrity back in 1997 while still in college. He now serves around 5000 people who pay $10.00 each month for access to his directory of celebrity addresses. (Do the math.) Further, he sells a self-published print directory that’s updated each year as well. Nearly 10,000 each year at $49.95 each.
